“Dr. Norris worked closely with our internal training department to create our admissions and management training programs. She then helped present the programs to our entire admissions staff in several small groups around the country. In the process, she trained our trainers to be able to continue the programs into the future for new hires. We are excited about the results and continue to use Dr. Norris to train our trainers, admissions staff and management and to upgrade our programs.”

Alvernia University recognized that we were at a critical point in our evolution regarding the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies. We needed to partner with a seasoned professional that was regarded as an expert and visionary in the field of adult education. Jean Norris not only fulfilled that need, but took us places strategically that we wouldn't have approached without her. Our challenge was redeveloping and defining the organization to allow for continued programmic integrity, while blending a new enrollment management philosophy leveraged on market growth.
Jean was able to assist us in framing the structure and advising us on ways to communicate and to begin building support for the new model. Lastly, Alvernia University also identified the need for a new leadership model and Jean was instrumental in partnering with us to develop the position and as a "value add" assisted us in review of the final candidates. The Norton | Norris, Inc. partnership evolved into a 'retainer' relationship that provided mentoring opportunities for the staff and the core leadership team.
